Title: 2 Chefs
Duties: Cook and Prepare meals including Yemeni Cuisine; Conduct quality control of line cooks; Supervise cooks; Demonstrate new cooking techniques to cooks; Demonstrate use of equipment to cooks; Instruct cooks on the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food; Check quality and quantity of ingredients; Develop and plan recipes and menu; Meet/contact customers regarding special orders or catering; Plan and oversee cooking activities and food preparation in multiple restaurants.
Requirements: 12 months experience as a Chef; 12 months experience in cooking Yemeni Cuisine.
Salary: $28,000 per year
Hours: Full time; hours vary
